(a listed company in Taiwan) announced that Good Will Instrument Co., Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary Texio, Japan jointly established a Limited Liability Partnership in India (\u201cLLP\u201d) on May 22nd, 2019, which will be in charge of sales &amp; marketing and service functions in India.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span class=\"f14\">The opening of India subsidiary will enable GW Instek to better serve the growing demand for electronic test &amp; measurement instruments in the region.
